At the time I was making this drink, I was a vegetarian and wasn’t getting enough b12. I became tired of swallowing supplement pills and wanted an easier way to get my vitamins in.
We’ve included these powerhouse vitamins because they provide a great source of energy with many more health benefits than caffeine. It doesn’t take a ton of the b vitamin to feel its magic.
