Our caffeine source is a green coffee bean! A typical cup of coffee is 95 mg of caffeine. We pair our caffeine with l-theanine, an amino acid. This combination supports a gentle boost, improved focus, and helps to elimiate the crash and hjitters.

No added sugar
The sugar in bia comes from the real fruit and our coconut water! We use monkfruit and stevia to help sweeten our drinks. These are both plants.

Fibersol-2 as our maltodextrin
We use fibersol-2, which comes from non-gmo corn. This is a high quality and well-tolerated maltodextrin that is not associated with severe gastrointestinal symptoms. Fibersol-2 is also an excellent source of fiber!

Colored with fruit powder
We use beet and carrot powder to get the beautiful colors of bia! Ginger uses neither as the b-vitamin is a yellow that fit the look we were going for for that drink. Beet and carrot powder also have other benefits - hello electrolytes!
