Somehow, August always sneaks up on me.
One week I'm by the pool, feeling like I've got all the time in the world. The next, I'm juggling work, travel, events, family visits, and wondering how summer is almost over.
If you're feeling that shift too, you're definitely not alone.
Forget the Perfect Routine
When life gets a little chaotic (which, let's be honest, is most of August), I don't stress about having the perfect routine. Instead, I focus on keeping a few small habits the same, no matter where the day takes me.
For me, that means drinking enough water, spending a few minutes outside, eating something that gives me energy, and keeping bia close by. These aren't big things, but they help me feel more like myself.
The routines that last usually aren't the most ambitious. They're the ones that fit into real life.
The Habit That Comes With Me
One thing I've learned is that consistency doesn't have to be complicated.
Whether I'm running through the airport, squeezing in a hike, or just trying to get a few things done, I like having something I can actually rely on.
Keeping bia within reach means I don't have to think twice about staying hydrated or supporting my energy. Paired with my bia water bottle, it's one small habit that comes with me wherever the day goes.
Small Habits Add Up
When everything else feels a little unpredictable, having one or two habits you can count on makes all the difference.
You don't have to overhaul your routine overnight. Just pick one thing that helps you feel good and keep coming back to it.
That's usually enough.

How I Stay Grounded When August Gets Busy
When life gets a little chaotic (which, let's be honest, is most of August), I don't stress about having the perfect routine. Instead, I focus on keeping a few small habits the same, no matter where the day takes me.
The One Ingredient I REFUSE To Compromise On
bia contains methylcobalamin, the active form of vitamin B12 that's ready for your body to use. Some people have genetic variations that make it harder to efficiently convert other forms of B12, like cyanocobalamin, into the form their body needs. Using methylcobalamin helps support energy without asking your body to do that extra conversion.
