    Following Covid, it seemed like everyone’s immune system went back to square one. So Vitamin C was one of the first ingredients I knew I wanted in bia. This was mainly so that I didn’t have to take vitamin C supplements (I already take medication and all the pills and gummies and whatevers become a hassle). 

    Our Vitamin C is derived from sorbitol. Sorbitol is a sugar alcohol which is naturally occurring in fruits and vegetables - in our case, corn. It goes through a variety of processes (fermentation, filtration, etc) to distill out the ascorbic acid in a pure form.
