Our suppliers were able to find a process that turns coconut water into a powder without sacrificing any of the nutritional benefits you get from drinking directly from the coconut! 

How it works, in a (coco)nutshell: The young green coconuts are picked, cracked open, and drained into a machine that evaporates the water into a powder. The rest of the coconut is either used by the coconut farmers or purchased by our suppliers for use in other products.
